Meg Hicks

Meg Hicks is an accomplished technology leader with significant experience in software development and emerging technologies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Front End Development and Emerging Technologies at Colgate-Palmolive since August 2019, Meg leads a team in implementing IT technologies and developing strategies within the organization. Notable achievements include the architecting of a global hub for generative AI and delivering scalable solutions that ensure data security. Previous roles include Full Stack Developer at Colgate-Palmolive and Research Software and Programming Analyst at Princeton University, among others. Additionally, Meg has contributed to academia as an instructor and professor in Classics and Ancient History. Meg holds a Ph.D. in Classical and Ancient Studies from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree from Washington and Lee University.
