Meghan Berryman

Meghan Berryman, PhD, is a Scientific Communications Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive since March 2024, responsible for managing vendor relations, developing scientific manuscripts, and ensuring compliance with guidelines for multiple publications. Previously, Meghan served as a Science Communications Specialist at the University of Florida, where expertise in translating complex scientific concepts to various audiences was demonstrated alongside project management competencies. At the University of Florida's Department of Microbiology and Cell Science, Meghan worked as a Computational Microbiologist and Science Writer, contributing to numerous publications and presentations while mentoring junior team members. In earlier roles, Meghan gained experience as a freelance science writer and editor and as an associate editor at JoVE, enhancing publication processes and establishing new scientific content areas. Meghan holds a PhD and MS in Microbiology & Cell Science from the University of Florida and a BS in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
