Renata Herrera

Renata Herrera is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as Total Rewards Director for Brazil at Colgate-Palmolive since July 2018. Prior to this role, Renata held positions of increasing responsibility, including Rewards Solutions Manager at Schneider Electric and Head of Compensation at Whirlpool Corporation. Renata's career began at Whirlpool Corporation in 2003, progressing through various HR roles. A strong educational foundation includes a Post Graduation in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Certificate IV in Business from the Australian College of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
