Vasile Tiplea

Vasile (Vee) Tiplea is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and design across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Colgate-Palmolive, Vasile has previously held significant roles such as Director of User Experience & Design at both Creative27 Academy and Sr. Director of UX and Design at AMP Agency. Additional experience includes serving as Principal of Design at heycollab and Sr. Director of UX at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Vasile possesses a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and is pursuing an Executive Education in Design Thinking at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
