Vigla Clarke-Allison

Vigla Clarke-Allison has extensive experience in global learning and development, holding various leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive since 2005, including Vice President of Global Learning & Development and Director in multiple capacities focused on learning design, ethics training, and leadership development. Notable accomplishments include leading the redesign of over 40 global learning processes and the development of a $400,000 Ethics and Compliance curriculum for a global audience. Previously, Vigla held roles at Pfizer from 1995 to 2005, where responsibilities included directing leadership training for 15,000 first-line leaders and acting as HR Director for a significant business unit.
