Deyan Dragiev, PhD

Deyan Dragiev, PhD has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in arbitration and private international law. Deyan is currently an MCIArb at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and an arbitrator at the Abu Dhabi Global Market Arbitration Centre. Deyan is also an associate member of the Centre for Private International Law at the University of Aberdeen. In addition, Deyan has held various leadership roles, including Head of Legal at Colibra and Chairman of the Board of Directors at both Finislex and Softranscom Holding. Prior to these positions, they worked as an Associate/Attorney-at-law at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and gained legal intern experience at Monckton Chambers and Stone Chambers.

Deyan Dragiev, PhD, has an extensive education history in various fields of law and business. Deyan holds a Doctor - PhD degree in Law from the University of Hamburg. Additionally, they have studied Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law - Académie de droit international de La Haye. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Laws - LLM degree in International Financial and Commercial Law from King's College London. Deyan also pursued studies in Business Strategy & Finance at INSEAD. In addition, they hold a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Law (Bulgarian Law) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law (English Law) at The University of Manchester. Prior to their higher education, they attended First English Language School in Sofia, Bulgaria.
