Jackson Xiong is an experienced environmental scientist currently working with the California Department of Water Resources since 2024 and serving as a staff scientist at Colibri Ecological Consulting, LLC since 2021. Previously, Jackson contributed as a scientific aide at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife from October 2019 to August 2021 and worked as an undergraduate research assistant at California State University, Fresno from October 2016 to October 2019, focusing on limnology and calorimetry. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a specialization in Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Management from California State University, Fresno (2014-2018) and an Associate's Degree in Biology from Clovis Community College (2014-2016).
