Ed Clark

Ed Clark is Colibri Group’s president of accounting. In his role, Ed leads his team with a simple objective: to deliver unmatched education solutions to professionals (and the companies vested in their success) in the accounting industry.

As president, Ed makes sure the accounting unit, a global leader in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam prep and continuing education, provides an education that furnishes high pass rates, student-instructor communication, and an intuitive learning platform to house it all.

Though Ed lives and works in New York, he’s a Southern boy at heart, born and raised in Louisiana. When he can, Ed travels home to enjoy big feasts with his immediate family. But he particularly enjoys fishing in south Louisiana and the Florida panhandle, speckled trout, redfish, and flounder are must-catches.

Ed joined Colibri Group in 2019 after a 26-year career at Kaplan, where he honed his expertise in the professional education space.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and finance from Loyola University.
