Vikash Agarwal has several years of work experience, starting in 2013 as a Software Engineer at Sumedh Infosystems. Vikash then joined IT Corpz in 2015, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and screening IT/Automotive candidates for various openings. In 2017, they became a Team Lead Recruitment at IT Corpz, managing a team of 5 members and providing coaching and training in recruitment and selection. In 2018, Vikash joined Peritus - A Colina Tech Group as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Recently, in May 2021, they were promoted to the role of Business Head at Peritus.
Vikash Agarwal completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Graphic Era Deemed to be University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Intermediate education in Science from Lakes International School in Bhimtal from 2007 to 2009. Their high school education took place at Bal Bharti Public School in Kotdwara from 2006 to 2007.
