Tugba Ozdemir

Tugba Ozdemir has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager for Colin's since August 2016, overseeing employee relations, payroll, and training processes across Turkey, Morocco, and Germany. Prior to this role, Tugba held the position of HRBP Manager, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and workplace principles. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Business Partner Manager at ZIYLAN Grup from 2009 to July 2016 and as Human Resources Specialist for Kinetix within ZIYLAN Grup from 2007 to 2009, managing HR processes at both the center and store levels. Initial HR experience was gained as a Human Resources department assistant at Barsan Global Logistics in 2006. Tugba earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in English from Istanbul University between 2002 and 2008 and completed secondary education at Anadolu Lisesi with a 4.00 GPA from 1996 to 2002.
