Malin Gucko (fd. Sandström)

Malin Gucko (fd. Sandström) has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Malin has worked as a Project Development Manager at COLIVE since June 2021, responsible for managing projects related to co-living housing for young urban professionals. Prior to this, from January 2019 to June 2021, they served as a Project Manager at COLIVE, overseeing the provision of cost-effective, inspirational, and social home life for residents.

Before their time at COLIVE, Malin worked as a Projektledare at Exploateringskontoret, Stockholms stad from February 2017 to January 2019. Their responsibilities in this role involved project management. Malin also gained experience at Atkins where they worked on an examensarbete (thesis) related to traffic and urban planning from September 2016 to January 2017.

Other notable roles in Malin's work experience include serving as a Student Ambassador at Lund University from September 2015 to January 2016, where they represented the university, and working as a Projektadministratör at Projektbyrån Stockholm AB for a summer job in July 2015. In this position, their primary tasks included preparing documentation and coordinating with contractors.

Malin Gucko (fd. Sandström) began their education in 2011 at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied Civilingenjör Samhällsbyggnad specifically in the field of Urban Management. Malin completed this program in 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2017, Malin attended the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. During their time at Lund University, they pursued a degree in Civilingenjör Lantmäteri, specializing in Real Estate Law. Additionally, Malin had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Waterloo in 2016, where they focused on Stads- och samhällsplanering (City and Community Planning).
