Elza Rauda

Elza Rauda has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Elza began their career as a Laboratory Research Assistant at the Latvian State Forest Research Institute Silava. In 2017, they took on two roles, Data Scientist and Business Data Analyst, at 4finance. Later that year, they became a Data Analyst at Next Level. In 2019, they joined Beetroot Lab as a Business Intelligence Specialist, developing and maintaining their BI reporting system and helping with game balancing. In 2021, they were appointed Head Of Analytics at Colizeum. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Bioinformatician at the Infectology center of Latvia.

Elza Rauda obtained their Master's Degree in Biology/Genetics from Latvijas Universitate in 2016. In 2021, they earned a Building Cloud Computing Solutions at Scale Specialization certification from Coursera.
