Victor Manuel Silvestre Lagunas has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies.

Victor Manuel started their career in 2003 as a Help Desk Manager at Atento Mexico, where their responsibilities included implementing new Contact Centres, managing the Help Desk, and maintaining LAN and WAN networks.

In 2006, they joined Corsidian México as an FSE and worked there until 2009. Victor Manuel then moved to Scentec de México as a Technical Consultant from 2009 to 2010.

Afterwards, they joined Altitude Software in 2010 as a GPS Consultant until 2013, before transitioning to the role of GPS Project Coordinator LATAM from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, they started working at Collab México as the IT Director, a role they currently hold.

Victor Manuel Silvestre Lagunas completed their education at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Computación. Victor Manuel also has several additional certifications, including "One Contact Architecture", "One Contact IVR & Routing", "One Contact Supervisor M&R", "One Contact Supervisor Management", and "One Contact Troubleshooting" from Collab, obtained in October 2014. Additionally, they have certifications in "Technical Operations of Altitude uCI 8.2", "uAgent Scripting of Altitude uCI 8.2", "Advanced Administration of Altitude uCI 7.1", "Basic Administration of Altitude uCI 7.1", "vBox 3.5 Administration" from Altitude Software, obtained in various years between 2010 and 2013. Victor Manuel also has certifications in "VCX Enterprise 7.1 Installation and Administration Professional Training" from 3Com, obtained in May 2009, and "Security Manager Essentials Training" from NetIQ, obtained in March 2009.
