Courtney Shanklin

Courtney Shanklin is the Director of Human Resources at Collab. Courtney has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held previous positions as a Human Resources Manager, Business Partner, and Generalist. Courtney has a proven track record of being able to handle all aspects of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment. Courtney has also been responsible for introducing performance management systems and managing the high-volume recruiting process.

Courtney Shanklin attended Simmons University, where they earned a BA in Finance and Economics. Courtney then went on to earn a Masters Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.

They are on a team with Steve Bedinger - SVP, Business Development, Eugene Choi - CEO, Collab Asia, and Saurav Prakash - Director Engineering. Courtney Shanklin reports to Tyler McFadden, Founder & Co-CEO.
