Efren Lira currently serves as the Complex Director of Human Resources for Evans Hotels, overseeing HR operations for the Bahia Resort Hotel and the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa and directing talent acquisition for the entire organization. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Corporate Talent Acquisition at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, as well as various HR positions with the San Diego Padres, United States District Court for the Southern District of California, W Hotels, Integrity Staffing, Target, and SeaWorld San Diego. Efren holds a Professional Certification in Human Resources Management and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from San Diego State University.
