Hiten Patel

Hiten Patel is a prominent business leader with extensive experience in the technology and talent sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at Ascendion since July 2022, Patel oversees a provider of AI-first software engineering services. Patel has been the Chairman of Collabera since October 1996, a global digital talent solutions firm, and of Cognixia since June 2018, which focuses on transforming organizations in the AI economy. Additionally, Patel chairs Hyqoo, a global talent platform leveraging AI for recruitment, and Collabera Digital, which specializes in digital engineering and talent transformation. Patel was also Chairman of the Board at Brillio from April 2014 to October 2020. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from RD University in India.
