Lalit Sharma

Lalit Sharma serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ascendion since January 2022 and has extensive experience in financial leadership across various prominent organizations. Prior to Ascendion, Lalit held the CFO position at Collabera from January 2008 and served as Director of Finance at NTT DATA Corporation from January 2000 to December 2007. Lalit's career began as a Trainee Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from April 1996 to November 1999. Academic qualifications include a CPA certification from the American Institute of CPAs, leadership and management training from The Wharton School, a business strategy certificate from Cornell University, an ACA from ICAI, a degree in finance, accounting, and business from the Institute of Management Accountants, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from IIMC.
