Savi Pabby is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in HR and operations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Collabera Digital. Savi has held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Team Lead for Employee Relations at different organizations, and has specialized in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic planning. Savi is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Trainer with British Connections. Savi’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
