Laura Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy development, advocacy, and community change initiatives. Currently serving as the ChangeFest Backbone Manager at Collaboration for Impact since October 2023, Laura leads strategic and engagement efforts for a national movement focused on place-based change.
