Leah Rauch is a strategic learning manager at Collaboration for Impact, with a diverse background in social work, policy, and project management. Prior to this role, Leah held multiple positions at The Smith Family, including project policy manager and acting practice development manager. Leah's experience encompasses mentoring young people in recovery at Aftercare Youth Residential Rehabilitation Unit, managing community-based research projects focused on mental health advocacy, and working as a mental health support worker. Additionally, Leah has a strong background in editing and copywriting, having served as managing editor for various publications and working as a freelance editor. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Research Methods from James Cook University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.

The purpose of www.collaborationforimpact.com is to help communities tackle their toughest problems and achieve large-scale social change. It does this by helping communities learn how to increase their skills in collaboration and apply the collective impact framework. We promote and foster relationships with those that seek to: Develop and grow cross-sector collaborations that create large-scale social impact for complex social problems Catalyse collective impact initiatives Engage across sectors to set common agenda and shared measures for large-scale social impact Align systems towards achieving large-scale social impact Effectively perform backbone functions Develop effective mindset and leadership skills needed for collective impact.
