Rodger Hylton

Rodger Hylton has a comprehensive background in corporate real estate, starting as a Computer-Aided Facility Management Specialist at First Union in 2002. Rodger then moved on to Wachovia Corp, where they held various roles, including AVP of Strategic Planning Manager. Subsequently, they joined Wells Fargo as an AVP, Senior Strategy Consultant. Most recently, Rodger served as the SVP, Business Intelligence and RE Systems Manager at Truist before becoming the Director of Technology and Data Sciences at Collaborative Real Estate in 2023. Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented business intelligence tools, led strategic planning teams, and managed real estate portfolios to drive significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Rodger Hylton earned a Bachelor of Science in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician from Appalachian State University in 2001. Rodger also obtained certifications in Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global in 2016 and became a member of the CoreNet Global Carolinas Chapter. Additionally, they completed a certification in Master Leadership Dynamics from The BB&T Leadership Institute.
