Sarah Rathbun

Sarah Rathbun has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sarah has worked as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Collaborative Robotics since 2022, where they lead the hiring process for this team of human-robot interaction innovators. Prior to that, Sarah was a Recruiting Manager at Meta from 2018 to 2022, where they specialized in recruiting PhD and postdoctoral candidates in areas such as AI, computer vision, and robotics.

From 2015 to 2018, Sarah worked as an Executive Recruiter for the Indiana University Foundation, recruiting university leadership and building out the organization's recruiting function. Sarah also worked as a Graduate Research Recruiter for Amazon from 2013 to 2015, where they specialized in recruiting highly specialized PhD and Master's graduates for new confidential technology teams.

Sarah's career began in 2008 as a Career Resource Specialist/ Legislative Internship Manager at Missouri State University. Sarah then worked as the Assistant Director and Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment Management at Indiana University before transitioning to corporate recruiting roles at Amazon and Meta.

Sarah Rathbun received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Sarah later pursued a Master of Science degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington between 2006 and 2008. There is no record of any additional certifications.
