Emily Zorza is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Fetch, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment strategies for America’s leading consumer-engagement platform. Previously, Emily Zorza held various roles at Meta from January 2014 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Head of Recruiting for Global Business Marketing and Business Operations & Engineering, where strategic initiatives for attracting top-tier talent were implemented. Prior to Meta, Emily Zorza worked at Robert Half International as a Division Director, managing recruitment teams and client relationships, and began a career in recruitment as an Account Manager at GLM. Emily Zorza holds a degree from Michigan State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
