Allister More

Allister More is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in asset management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Collaborit Asset Management Engineering since June 2023, Allister has previously held the role of Principal Asset Reliability Engineer at Optimal from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading technical projects to meet client needs. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Asset Management Consultant and Asset Management Consultant with Ausenco, focusing on maintenance engineering advisory services for Anglo Sishen and Anglo Kolomela, respectively. Allister's career began at ArcelorMittal, where roles included Electrical Engineer and Candidate Engineer in the Progress and Reliability structure, concentrating on the Plate Mill Plant. Allister holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2015.
