Daniel Victor-Terwey

Daniel Victor-Terwey is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software reliability and quality assurance roles. Currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Posh since October 2025, Daniel previously held positions at Dispatch as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, where significant contributions included enhancing automation testing across various platforms and implementing strategies to reduce test failures. Earlier career experiences include roles at Blackbaud, where Daniel was instrumental in reducing response times to customer-reported bugs and maintaining integrations, as well as positions at Wolters Kluwer, The Giving Child, and Recondo Technology, where foundational skills in QA and application development were established. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines.
