Rahul Pandhi

CollabraLink’s founder, Rahul participates in overall Corporate Strategy decision making of the firm as a member of its Board of Directors. In addition, Rahul guides and participates in supporting major organic and inorganic growth pursuits for CollabraLink as an EVP. Over the past 14 years, Rahul spearheaded the development and growth of the firm into one of the leading middle market competitors in the Federal Digital Transformation arena, working to build out core competencies in Human Centered Design, Low Code Automation, and Agile DevOps.

Under Rahul’s leadership, CollabraLink built a formidable presence in the Federal sector that has consistently achieved double-digit year-over-year growth. CollabraLink’s rapid ascent has been recognized by various industry publications and associations including Inc. Magazine and Washington Technology.

Prior to joining CollabraLink, Rahul spent time as a growth strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and as an IT consultant at Accenture leading several consulting initiatives for clients around the globe. Rahul has a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Illinois – Champaign Urbana, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
