Julie Acri

Julie Acri currently serves as the VP of People at Collage Group, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Julie was the Head of People and Chief People Officer at SweatWorks from 2021 to 2022, where the focus was on aligning people strategy with business goals during a period of significant growth. Between 2010 and 2020, Julie held the role of VP of Human Resources at SparkPost, a private equity-backed email analytics SaaS technology company, reporting directly to the CEO. From 2005 to 2010, Julie was the Human Resources Manager at RSM US LLP, responsible for transforming HR into a strategic partner following a large acquisition. Early in Julie's career, from 2000 to 2005, Julie worked as an Educator for Baltimore County Public Schools. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Towson University.
