Megan Lown

Megan Lown is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Vice President of People at Levin since September 2025. Previously, Megan held the position of Human Resources Director at Invariant from September 2023 to September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Edgeworth Economics, where Megan progressed from HR Generalist to Senior Human Resources Generalist and ultimately Human Resources Manager between October 2018 and September 2023. Earlier in the career, Megan worked as a Human Resources and Benefits Assistant at Buckley Sandler LLP and completed a Corporate Human Resources Internship at STERIS Corporation. Additionally, Megan gained experience through a Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Internship at Wolverine World Wide. Megan earned a degree from John Carroll University between 2012 and 2016.
