Luiz Custodio

Luiz Custodio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luiz began their career in 2009 as a co-founder of Fastcom Internet Solutions, where they played a crucial role in the company's establishment until their departure in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, they co-founded another company called First Import. Luiz joined Humber College in 2015 as a full-time graduate student for a year.

In 2016, they transitioned to Collage HR, where they held various positions. Luiz started as an Account Executive before being promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2016. From 2018 to 2020, Luiz served as the Business Development Director, responsible for spearheading the company's expansion efforts. Luiz then moved on to the role of Director of Sales - Advisor Solutions from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Luiz is serving as the Associate Vice President of Sales at Collage HR.

Luiz Custodio has an Honours Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Luiz also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidade Federal do Paraná. In addition to their formal education, Luiz Custodio has obtained certifications as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in September 2014, and as part of the Empretec Entrepreneurship Program from UNCTAD in October 2012.
