Blair Foulger

Blair Foulger has extensive experience in management and quality control, currently serving as the Senior Account & QC Manager at Collateral Specialists Inc. since October 2012. Prior to this role, Blair held the position of Great Lakes Divisional Director at AKM from June 2004 to August 2010. Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Phillips Jr College, obtained between 1991 and 1994, and military training from the US Army from 1988 to 1991.
