Dominique Brillard has extensive experience in the field of incapacity management, currently serving as Gestionnaire Incapacité Confirmée at Collecteam since May 2014. Responsibilities include processing incapacity insurance claims, assessing and controlling eligibility, and managing the portability of insurance rights. Dominique also handles the onboarding of new clients and provides internal and external responses within the CONNECTEAM system. Prior to this role, Dominique worked as Gestionnaire Conseil Incapacité at Collecteam and began a career in customer service as a Téléconseiller at GMF Assurances - Groupe COVEA in 2013.
