Florence Delperdange has extensive experience in customer service and client management roles. FLORENCE has worked at Collecteam as a Chargee d’affaires, managing client portfolios in both the private and public sectors. Prior to that, FLORENCE was a Téléconseillère at Gras Savoye, handling incoming calls and claims. Florence also worked as an Enquetrice téléphonique at LH2, making outbound calls to individuals on behalf of various organizations.
