Isabelle Djamchid

Isabelle DJAMCHID has extensive experience in the insurance and social protection sectors, currently serving as Directrice Adjointe du Service Technique at COLLECteam since July 2013. Isabelle oversees a team of 10, managing contracts for collective insurance and health, including responsibilities such as service management, underwriting, production of contractual documents, financial flow oversight, and the implementation of internal controls. Prior to COLLECteam, Isabelle held positions at SPHERIA VIE as Responsable Service Gestion, where management of a 23-person team and service quality were key focuses, and at GRAS SAVOYE in various roles that included founding the Organization Process Quality service and managing significant teams in claims and administrative functions. Educationally, Isabelle holds a Baccalauréat G2 from Lycée Bernard Palissy in Saintes.
