Nidhi Mahajan Sangar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational risk, compliance, and client management. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Collectius in Singapore since March 2019, Nidhi heads compliance and quality operations while conducting internal audits on business processes. Prior roles include serving as a Client Management & HR Executive at Raffles Corporate Advisory, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources administration and liaising with the Ministry of Manpower. Nidhi has also operated as a self-employed business owner in the beauty and tattoo industry, and held significant roles at IBM Global Process Services in operations and project management, leading critical initiatives that improved productivity and service delivery. Nidhi's career began in customer relations with Paras CallTech and progressed through various positions in debt collections, highlighting skills in team management and performance enhancement.
