Eugene Sim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eugene started their career as a Management Associate at United Overseas Bank (UOB) where they gained experience in commercial banking and relationship management. Eugene then worked as a Business Consultant at Beam Social, specializing in search marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing. Following this, Eugene joined SgCarMart as a Marketing Director, focusing on digital marketing, content strategy, and market research. In 2010, they transitioned to Conversion Hub as a Senior Consultant, specializing in digital marketing, web analytics, and search marketing. Eugene later took on the role of Business Development Director at Conversion Hub, focusing on digital marketing, sales & marketing automation, and growth marketing. In 2016, Eugene joined Collective Change Institute as the Faculty and Partnerships Lead, where they are responsible for coaching, training, and partnerships. Throughout their career, Eugene has gained expertise in areas such as digital strategy, web usability, digital transformation, and coaching.

Eugene Sim obtained a BBA (Hons) degree in Finance and Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they completed a Professional Diploma in Creative Entrepreneurship from the Creative Industries Development Agency (CIDA). Additionally, they attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1998 to 1999. Eugene also holds several certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, among others.
