Noémi Szalacsi is a Senior HR Business Partner for Design at the LEGO Group, where, since February 2015, responsibilities have included leading talent operations across APAC and managing special projects at the LEGO Foundation. Noémi has held various strategic HR roles, including HR Business Partner for the CFO and their leadership team during organizational change and overseeing onboarding processes across multiple APAC regions. In addition to work at the LEGO Group, Noémi is a Coach Practitioner at the Collective Change Institute and has experience as a Regional HR Consultant at JYSK, as well as an HR Coordinator at Oracle Hungary Ltd. Noémi holds an MSc in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sopron and a BSc in Economics and Tourism from the University of Pannonia.
