Learning and Development Coordinator at Collective Data

Hilary Spears has been in the professional workforce since 2009, when they began working in Customer Service for Family Video. In 2011, they joined Nordstrom as a Learning Specialist, where they held various roles such as Lead Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Specialist. Her responsibilities included facilitating trainings for classes of up to 30 participants, developing training materials, maintaining written communication with other departments, and leading various projects. In 2021, they started their current role as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Collective Data.

Hilary Spears completed their high school education at Burlington Community High School in Burlington, Iowa, from 2004 to 2008. Hilary has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including The Leader’s Guide to Mindfulness (getAbstract Summary) in 2020, How to Be Promotable in 2019, Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings in 2019, Leading Yourself in 2019, Overcoming Procrastination in 2019, and Working Remotely in 2019.
