Barbara Hofleitner is an experienced project developer and impact consultant at Collective Energy, holding this position since October 2021. In addition to this role, Barbara serves as a university lecturer at FH Campus Wien, focusing on sustainable resource management, product development, design thinking, and sustainability-driven innovation since September 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a research associate at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) from February 2020 to July 2021, where Barbara contributed to the Institute for Managing Sustainability and Responsible Innovation, as well as a senior innovation consultant position at Spirit Design - Innovation and Brand GmbH from February 2011 to January 2020, managing international R&D projects and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Business Administration from WU, systemic coaching training from Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg, and ongoing studies at Glacier Climate Academy.
