National Sales Director at Collective Goods

Matt Seevers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt started their career at ALL Tex Chemical in 1992, where they served as the Operations Manager. In this role, they implemented efficient logistical systems, managed various teams, and successfully automated the warehouse, resulting in an 80% reduction in shrinkage.

After working at ALL Tex Chemical, Matt joined Collective Goods in 1997 as a Sales Consultant. For the next eight years, they personally handled all aspects of running a small business, achieving consistent sales of $500k. In 2005, they were promoted to Sales Manager, where they managed over 50 independently contracted sales representatives and oversaw three lines of business in five states, generating annual sales of over $6 million.

In 2008, Matt took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Collective Goods, a position they held for eight years. This role involved overseeing sales operations within a specific region.

Most recently, Matt became the Senior Managing Consultant at Collective Goods in 2016. In this role, they work closely with a team of 25+ pop-up philanthropists, coaching and consulting on various business aspects, such as streamlining processes, time/calendar management, maximizing profit, merchandise display, logistical and operational streamlining, and community involvement through philanthropic programs. Since April 2018, Matt has also been serving as the National Sales Director at Collective Goods, overseeing the overall sales strategy and performance of the company.

Matt Seevers attended Dallas College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a General Studies program. Matt also enrolled in the Business Administration and Management, General field of study at Dallas College. However, the end year for this program is not specified.
