Diana Arrieta has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and site reliability engineering. Diana started their career at Cal Poly Pomona as a Student IT Support Tier 1 and later transitioned to Student IT Support Tier 2. In 2013, Diana joined Google as an Internal Technology Resident (ITRP) & Corporate Operations Engineer, where they focused on providing internal onsite support and enhancing Google's infrastructure. Diana automated the booking of video conference rooms, reducing the workload by 50%. Since 2016, Diana has been working at Collective Health, initially as a Senior IT Support Engineer, supporting 350 employees in all IT matters. Diana then transitioned to roles as a Site Reliability Engineer and eventually became a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. Throughout their career, Diana has gained experience in various operating systems and ensuring security compliance with regulations, such as HIPAA.
Diana Arrieta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2009. Diana further pursued their studies in the same field and earned a Master's degree from the same university in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Diana has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Diana became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance in August 2016. Diana also obtained certifications such as CompTIA Linux+ (Powered by LPI), LPIC-1 from Linux Professional Institute, and SUSE Certified Linux Administrator (CLA) from Micro Focus in June 2016. Additionally, Diana achieved Intermediate-level fluency in Spanish through the Duolingo platform in December 2015.
