Eileen Farrell

Eileen Farrell has over 15 years of work experience. Eileen is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Collective Health since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at IDEO for 8 years, where they held various roles including Talent Director, Organizational Development, Senior Talent Lead, Learning & Development, and Talent Lead, Learning & Development. Before joining IDEO, they worked at the Whitney Museum of American Art for 6 years as a Department Manager in the Education Department. Their career started at EmcArts as a Project Coordinator for a year.

Eileen Farrell holds a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Dance and Art History at Columbia University, graduating between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in SHRM-SCP from SHRM in February 2021.
