Hannah C. has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Hannah is currently working at Collective Health as a Senior Manager in Care Navigation since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked in the same company as a Manager in Care Navigation from May 2020 to July 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a Staff Registered Nurse at Primary Children's Hospital. During this time, they gained experience in various fields such as Neuro/Trauma, Respiratory, Metabolic, Oncology, Congenital Heart Surgery, Heart Failure, and Adult Congenital Services. Hannah also served as a unit preceptor for new hires, graduate nurses, and student nurses. Before Intermountain Healthcare, they worked at Texas Children's Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the CVICU from July 2012 to June 2018. Hannah held leadership roles and was responsible for training and mentoring new hires and students. Hannah began their career in the healthcare industry at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Katy as an Insurance Verification specialist from August 2009 to August 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Zenger Analytics as a Database Management Specialist from August 2005 to August 2010. Hannah was responsible for compiling data, creating database templates, and performing analysis and testing on web-based reporting tools. In 2008, they gained experience as a Patient Access Representative II at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Hannah completed patient admissions and transfers, effectively communicated with physicians and nursing staff, and was cross-trained in the emergency department. Hannah also worked as a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living in 2008, providing patient care in the Alzheimer's Unit and updating family members on patient health. Before entering the healthcare field, they worked at Sysco as a Transportation Administrator from February 2006 to January 2008. Hannah'sresponsibilities included processing carrier invoices and filing claims. Hannah's early career involved working as an Administrative Representative at Entrust Inc. from October 2004 to January 2006. Hannah worked closely with the marketing department and CFO, handling rates for service and managing financial transactions.

Hannah C. began their education in 2004 at Houston Community College, where they studied pre-nursing until 2010. Hannah then attended Texas Woman's University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing. In 2023, Hannah enrolled in Western Governors University, where they completed an MBA in Healthcare Management in 2024.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Hannah obtained certification as a Registered Nurse from the California Board of Registered Nursing in September 2020 and from the Utah Department of Commerce in August 2018.
