Jessica Lim

Jessica Lim has a diverse work experience in the fields of product design, UI/UX design, and therapy. Their most recent position is as a Product Designer at Collective Health, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer at AllOn Pacific from November 2019 to January 2021, where they were responsible for user research, strategy, and design. Jessica also worked as a UI/UX Designer at MindArc from February 2020 to April 2020, delivering a new Shopify Plus store launch for Costume Box. Additionally, Jessica has experience as a UX Consultant at YogiBirth, where they worked on community feature design for an iOS app. Jessica also has experience in the field of therapy, having worked as a Functional Recovery Clinician/Creative Arts (Music) Therapist at Headspace from October 2018 to July 2019, and as a Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Trainee at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development from May 2016 to May 2017. Jessica has also worked as a Research Assistant at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, a Creative Arts/Music Therapy Intern at The Mount Sinai Hospital, and a Creative Arts/Music Therapy Intern at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Jessica Lim has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Creative Arts/Music Therapy from New York University. Jessica also holds a User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI) certificate from General Assembly Australia. In addition, they have completed a Certificate of Proficiency in Psychology from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Music (Honours) degree from the same university.

Furthermore, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica holds a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist Limited Permit (LCAT-LP) from the New York State Education Department, obtained in May 2017. Jessica is also a Music Therapist Board Certified (MT-BC) by the Certification Board For Music, obtained in July 2016. Additionally, they have a Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Certification Level I from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, obtained in July 2016.
