Jim Gwilliam

Jim Gwilliam is a seasoned professional in data operations and analytics with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Operations at Collective Health since October 2025, Jim previously held the role of Senior Analytics Director at Health Catalyst, where leadership in enterprise-wide data migration and analytic improvement initiatives resulted in substantial cost savings and enhancements in patient care. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Senior Product Engineer at ICU Medical, focusing on product development and compliance in the medical device industry. Further experience includes engineering roles at Exponent and Cephalon, contributing to critical research and development projects. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and has additional research experience at Stanford University and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah.
