Wilson Isam Rodriguez

Wilson Isam Rodriguez, M.S, PMP, currently serves as a Product Owner at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where responsibilities include documenting product themes in Jira and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the product backlog. Previously, Wilson worked as a Project Analyst, Content Analyst at Hard Rock Digital, and in various roles at Gap, where focus covered customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Early experience includes supporting workflow management at Softek Export, LLC and interning at Human Capital Consulting Group, where exposure to HR compliance and recruiting processes was gained. Wilson holds a Master of Science in Marketing from FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
