Jonathan Patton

Jonathan Patton is an experienced professional in client support and benefits management, currently serving as Manager, Client Support at Collective Health since August 2025. Previously, as Health Team Lead at Alight Solutions from June 2023 to August 2025, Jonathan focused on leading health initiatives. Prior roles at Mercer included Senior Associate, Client Delivery Manager, where Jonathan managed a team of Client and Project Managers for multiple clients, as well as serving as a Client Delivery Specialist and Implementation Project Manager. Jonathan's career began at ADP, where a variety of roles, including Client Account Executive and Customer Service Representative, contributed to strong client relationships. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and has prior education from the University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College.
