McKenzy Katalin

McKenzy Katalin has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in employee experience, corporate recruiting, and event management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Employee Experience at Collective Health since February 2019, McKenzy has played a significant role in establishing a new office in Utah and maintained a high offer acceptance rate throughout the recruitment process. Prior roles include Organizational Development Manager at RainFocus, where responsibilities included sourcing and onboarding during rapid company expansion, and Event Lead for Google Fiber, where event coordination and vendor negotiation were key tasks. McKenzy's experience also encompasses customer service and operations in various roles across multiple industries, including translation services for Zija International, store management at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, and promotional roles with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Education was completed at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2009 to 2014.
