Misheelt Purvee

Misheelt Purvee has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Misheelt most recently worked at Collective Health as a Senior IT Support Engineer starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were an IT Support Engineer ll at the same company from February 2021 to July 2022.

Misheelt also has experience at Zendesk, where they held various roles on the IT Service Desk team. Misheelt worked as an IT Service Desk Specialist from January 2019 to February 2021, an IT Service Desk Associate in 2018, an IT Service Desk Assistant from January 2017 to January 2018, and interned as an IT Global Service Desk intern from August 2016 to January 2017.

Before joining Zendesk, Misheelt participated in the Year Up program in 2016, where they trained in network support and developed skills in web development, desktop/laptop support, Microsoft Office Suite, public speaking, communication, and time management.

Misheelt's earliest work experience was as a Recording Engineer Intern at the Bay Area Video Coalition from November 2010 to May 2011.

Misheelt Purvee completed a program with Year Up focused on IT from 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued general education at Laney College from 2011-2014. Misheelt obtained their high school education at Oakland International High School from 2007-2011. Currently, Misheelt is studying general education at Foothill College starting in 2016.
