Rex Jensen

Rex Jensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member and customer services across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Member Services at Collective Health since July 2019, Rex has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Sr. Director and Director of Member Services. Prior to Collective Health, Rex developed expertise in customer support and loyalty at Vivint Smart Home from April 2012 to April 2019, culminating in the role of Director of Customer Support & Partner Management. Rex's career also includes significant positions at eBay as Operational Excellence Manager and at GE - Corporate Payment Services as a Quality, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Rex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Utah, obtained between 1994 and 2003.
