Seth Haws

Seth Haws is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and training. Currently, as a Senior Client Operations Associate and Senior Learning Specialist at Collective Health since July 2020, Seth has played a pivotal role in onboarding and training over 100 new hires, managing training content, and developing a team of Learning Specialists. Previous roles include Learning Specialist, where Seth trained various employee groups and mentored peers, and Member Advocate, providing concierge-level service to members. Earlier experience includes freelance writing for diverse clients, serving as Sound Supervisor at Brigham Young University, and contributing to research projects and urban planning initiatives. Seth holds a Bachelor of English with a minor in Media Arts Studies from Brigham Young University.
